From the underground clubs of Miami to the main stages of Austin, their sound has evolved into a relentless force. We sat down to discuss their upcoming album.
The energy in the green room was palpable. Just hours before their biggest headline show to date, the band seemed entirely unbothered by the pressure. Since the release of their debut EP, they have been riding a wave of critical acclaim, blending traditional Latin rhythms with heavy, distorted riffs.
Q: How did the new album process differ from your first EP?
Vocalist: "It was completely different. Back then, we were just recording in a garage with whatever mics we could find. This time, we had the luxury of a studio, but we intentionally tried to keep that gritty, garage-band soul intact. We tracked almost everything live."
Q: What are the main themes you tackle on this record?
Guitarist: "It's a lot about belonging. Growing up between two cultures, you always feel like an outsider. The heavy guitars are the frustration, and the rhythms are the roots pulling us back home."

Q: What's next after this tour?
Vocalist: "Sleep. Just kidding. We're heading straight to Mexico City for a festival, and then getting back into the studio. The momentum is here, and we don't want to stop."
